Justin Lee (he/him), Senior Program Manager

Justin joined Sunstone Strategies in 2026. Prior to joining the team, he led earned media strategy for a global coalition advancing a more equitable, sustainable, and fossil-free auto supply chain, with work focused at the intersection of climate and labor.

Justin has more than 15 years of experience working across the country on organizing, collective bargaining, and pro-labor policy. This has included labor campaigns and strikes, public health response efforts, and major policy fights.

In his free time, Justin can usually be found hiking, camping, baking or playing guitar.
